Intuit a direct competitor with mobile payment provider Square has just launched their first prepaid card titled the GoPayment Prepaid Visa Card. This is a prepaid debit card that acts just like a regular credit card, except you can only spend the balance that you put on the card. Therefore you are never subject to overdraft fees, late fees, or missed payments like you will find with a regular credit card. The GoPayment Prepaid Visa also allows you to receive money from your customers when they pay you for items.
Intuit GoPayment is a processor that allows you to accept credit cards using your smart phone and skipping the traditional credit card processors. With the GoPayment Prepaid Visa card all of your transactions will be directly deposited on the card. You can then withdrawal the funds at an ATM location or by using the card to make purchases in-store or online at your convenience.
Another great feature is with your GoPayment Login you are able to view all of the transactions for this card. You can then move the balance to a checking or savings account instantly from the online platform. Intuit makes it very simple and easy for users to not only accept credit card payments, but manage their money as well.
GoPayment Prepaid Card Fees
The card does not have any activation, activity, or other common startup fees that you will see with some other prepaid debit cards. The first ATM withdrawal is free of charge, but each additional transaction will cost you the ATM fee plus another from Intuit.
We highly recommend this card if you are using the Intuit system to accept payments for your business. It’s very easy to get your money from the company and you will be able to manage it all very quickly using the tools that you’re already familiar with on your account.
